I’m incredibly excited to have the opportunity to exhibit 4 pieces at the inaugural Act One exhibition in London in September 2022. The amazing curators have put together an exhibition of work from over 30 sought after artists, with the mantra, ‘would we want this in our homes?’.

I would like to take this opportunity to share with you that I have made it to the finalists stage at the “Creative Bath Awards” 2021 and am extremely excited to be attending the award ceremony in October, right in the heart of Bath. I have spent most of my life in this beautiful city and I feel absolutely honoured and proud to be an artist here.

I am so excited to announce that I have a residency at ‘Prior Park College’ beginning in September and I cannot wait to get stuck into painting plein air all around the grounds of the college. Having attended as a student, the visual interpretation that comes through my work as an artist will hopefully celebrate a multifaceted experience of such a special place.

I was thrilled to be awarded a prize at this years Paint Out Norfolk. Over 70 artists participated this year and we dotted all around some of the most beautiful locations in Norfolk, plein-air painting. The week culminated in a fabulous exhibition of the work we had all produced during the experience with some incredibly talented artists competing. I’ll be uploading the body of work to the website once its safely returned to my studio so watch this space!

More than a year has passed since the last time I travelled abroad, and with the persistence of Covid-19 I doubt I’ll be doing so anytime soon! I wanted to take myself, or my mind at least, away from what has become the new normal of staying local and working from home. So I embarked on a collection of paintings to remind me of some of the lovely locations I’ve had the pleasure of visiting over the last decade. From the gorgeous Italian cities of Venice, Florence and Rome to St Petersburg in Russia and one of my all time favourite cities, Granada in southern Spain.
